I've always been fascinated by the waste created during traditional photographic practices - the colors, shapes, images, textures, and the actual paper. So I began collecting images in darkroom recycling bins where I taught. The images exhibit wonderful textures, tones and sometimes the juxtaposition of elements - all in what someone once called trash. I think they're wonderfully intriguing and can lose myself examining all the fascinating details. I hope you enjoy them as much.
